Cancellation Policy
We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client on our waiting list.
All booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your original 25% booking deposit, and an additional 25% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file, totaling 50% of the original service amount.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in a charge of 100% of the original service total.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.
